SAN FRANCISCO, California — Ms. Denzel is one of the most accomplished directors in the technology industry. She serves as Lead Independent Director of Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD), where she also chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as a director of Sony Group Corporation (NYSE: SONY) and Gen Digital (NASDAQ: GEN). Over her career she has served on the boards of numerous public companies, including Ericsson and SUSE.
Before dedicating herself to board service, Ms. Denzel held senior executive roles at Intuit, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM, and served as interim CEO of Redbox (Outerwall). Her expertise centers on using technology to transform companies and achieve innovation at scale, experience which directly aligns with Socorro Partners' mission to build professional services natively around AI.
