Gabriella Salvatore is a senior change management and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 25 years of experience helping executives and leadership teams successfully execute strategy by addressing the human and organizational dimensions of change. Her work focuses on enabling cross-functional alignment, clarifying decision-making roles, and supporting leaders through complex transformations.

Gabriella spent a decade in the pharmaceutical industry and brings to her consulting work a deep operational understanding of leading change in large-scale, global, and highly regulated environments. In addition to life sciences, she has advised organizations across high technology, government, financial and professional services, entertainment, and energy, partnering with leadership teams to navigate enterprise-wide change initiatives.

A frequent author and speaker, Gabriella has presented at industry conferences in the areas of human capital management, leadership, learning, and patient advocacy. She has also served as guest faculty at Babson College, Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, Harvard Law School, and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Gabriella has worked pro bono with executive teams at organizations including Connect Africa, St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children, the Travis Roy Foundation, Hillside School, and Temple Israel’s Education Department. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cornell University.
