Socorro Partners was founded by our CEO Jesus Socorro in November 2023 and commenced operations in January 2024, marking a significant milestone in our journey. We are a professional services firm based in Miami, Florida with global reach and a laser focus on creating value for our clients through efficient, high-quality solution delivery from the best and brightest people with diverse talents and backgrounds. Our team brings deep functional and industry experience working for decades with leading organizations in the public and private sectors performing assurance, tax, advisory and consulting services.

Our focus is to deliver high-quality solutions to companies and their management teams: M&A; IPOs and other exits; tax compliance and consulting; turnaround and restructuring; performance improvement; supply chain strategy and transformation; family office services; digital transformation; technical accounting; internal controls compliance under the SEC’s Sarbanes-Oxley rules; and outsourcing solutions.

During 2024 we expect to expand our capabilities in transaction advisory and develop our capabilities in the valuation and forensics space, as well as in specialty tax areas; and we plan to open an office in New York City. We also plan to provide thought leadership around emerging issues in business, current technical accounting matters, and tax updates. And we will enhance our website to provide comprehensive descriptions of our capabilities and industry experience, as well as biographical information on our partners and other firm executives.
